This property is converted from old farm buildings, (the owners are now retired). Just outside the small market town of Ploneour Lanvern, with good shoppig, bars & creperies. The town is 3 miles SW of Pont l'Abbe which has a more comprehensive selection of shops & restaurants & a vibrant market on Thursday mornings. Quimper ,the capital of Finistere, is 15 miles away and is a most interesting and important old city. Pointe de la Torche is a fine surfing beach with the Atlantic rollers suitable for only the strongest of swimmers, but great for large expanses of sand. However, the fine sandy beaches of the South cost (thus sheltered and ideal for children), are only four miles away.
This property and the one next door (PLV03), is located next to the owners house and has its own outside seating area ( a perfect sun trap in the afternoon), beyond which is the orchard. There is also a secret garden for children to explore.
