A small traditional, detached stone built Breton house, sharing the same private plot as LOC01.
Loctudy is a small fishing port at the mouth of the river Odet, south of Quimper. Boats sail up the river to Ile-Tudy and over to Belle-Ile. Fine sandy beaches lie outside the town.
Loctudy was established in the early 19c as a port from which potatoes (grown nearby), were shipped to victorian England.
This house has its own small private detached terrace, idael for 'al fresco' dining, with living accommodation comprising an attractive living/dining room.
Parking within courtyard.
